I am thrilled to share that this past Tuesday evening, December 4th, 2012, the United States Senate, led by my California Senator Barbara Boxter, passed Senate Resolution 543 which uniquivicably condemns the criminal and abusive act against children known as international parental child abduction.
Senator Boxter initially introduced the resolution before the Senate this past August. In September the SR 543 went before Senator Kerry's Foreign Affairs Committee.
SR 543 has the potential to be a major game-changer for all children who have been taken or who may be targeted for international kidnapping at the hands of another parent.
For a detailed analysis of SR 543, please read the commentary of the I CARE Foundation.
And in advance, thank you for sharing this information with others.
